A project that resembles a dream

An ancient building laden with stories, an entrepreneur in love with the history of his country, two chefs with ideas innovative: Locanda Borgo Impero and NOVO Osteria are born.

Two chefs who are also couples in life, outside the kitchen meet an entrepreneur who is as stubborn as he is in love with his land. A love at first sight, ideas and visions intertwine and form something new.

It’s more than a passion, it’s an understanding. Our cuisine as a couple stems from the union of two visions, two paths, two sensibilities that complement each other. The result is a solid balance, never predictable, made up of discussion, creativity and respect for what we love to do.
